welcome! I'm so glad you're here.
Hi, I'm Christine, a mind & body-centered Licensed Professional Counselor in Mesa, Arizona.
I am so honored to take part in your healing story, understanding what it’s like to be in your shoes. I felt a calling to become a therapist after walking my own healing path, recognizing the undeniable connection between the mind, body, and spirit. To put it plainly: I’m not your average therapist! I have garnered nearly 20 years of mind-body training & experience incorporated into my clinical work to help you receive the full benefits from our time together. I will help you safely and compassionately access the parts of you ready for healing, using an experiential approach surpassing traditional talk therapy.
Many of my clients seek healing from past trauma, to reclaim their authentic selves & voices, overcome anxiety and people-pleasing behaviors, establish healthy relationships, to regain calm & safety in their bodies, and to find comfort and peace following a significant or traumatic loss.
As a Reproductive Grief & Trauma Specialist, I also hold specialized training and a passion to support women who grieve a pregnancy loss, an abortion experience, or loss of an infant or child, as well as women who grieve the loss of motherhood and their childbearing years. Together, we address our inner struggles with tenderness, compassion, and grace.
Storms may feel unbearable, leaving us feeling like they’ll ever pass. Yet, storms do not—and naturally cannot—last forever. If we’re open to it, there are gifts and graces available to us even in the midst of the hardest moments of our lives.
I am honored to walk this healing path with you, helping you return home to your calm, clear heart.
Christine
